My first fresh 48

I decided that I wanted to start adding Fresh 48's as a service in December. I knew it was something I would probably be really good at and I love babies, so why not? I have gotten to the point in my photography journey that I feel comfortable operating my camera in low light situations, sans flash. I've also grown in my editing journey so I knew I could do it. The problem? I had never done one before. I posted in a local mom's group and offered the first two clients to sign up a free session. The next few after that I would offer a promotional price. I've learned as a photographer that sometimes you have to do work for free to grow your portfolio. Paying clients want to see your work before investing in you. So that's what I did and FELL IN LOVE. I now offer Fresh 48 photography sessions in Southern Maryland and they're a favorite. Enjoy these images from my first session, or click below to access the full gallery.
